Ross Graham Obituary, Death Cause – Unfortunately, Ross Graham has died away. The Chief Executive Officer of Keywords Studios, Bertrand Bodson, made the following statement: “Today is a very sad day for all of us at Keywords. Ross has been an enormously important figure for the Group, and we were looking forward to being able to recognize and honor his work in a little over two weeks, which is when he was scheduled to begin his retirement, which he richly earned.
For me personally, Ross was an enormous source of guidance and information throughout the first 18 months that I served in this job, and I shall miss his sound advice very much. We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all of his family members and friends on behalf of everyone here at Keywords. As part of a planned succession, the Board of Directors had already selected Don Robert as a Non-executive Director and Chair Designate. Ross is scheduled to step down from his position on the Board of Directors in May of 2023.
As a result of these unfavorable developments, the Board of Directors has decided to accelerate the succession process and has selected Don as Chair effective immediately. It was announced in a post that Ross Graham, the Chairman of Keywords Studios, had passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. This news was met with tremendous regret by the Board of Keywords Studios. Since the company’s initial public offering in 2013, Ross served as Chairman of Keywords, and throughout his tenure, he supervised the Group’s transformation from a modest enterprise consisting of three studios into a market leader in the video games industry with a presence across the world. His contributions, sense of humor, and enthusiasm for the company’s mission and field will be sorely missed by the Board.
