Ronald Cain Obituary, Death Cause – On May 15th, 2023, Ronald D. Cain, who had lived in Union, Kentucky all his life and had reached the age of 64, passed away. Before he retired from his job as a bus driver for BAWAC, he had a history of working for ADP as a courier. Prior to that, he had worked for BAWAC. Ron had previously been a member of the congregation at the Erlanger Church of Christ.
Bowling and fishing were two of his favourite hobbies, and he was a die-hard fan of both the New England Patriots and the Cincinnati Reds. He served as a Colonel in the Kentucky Army National Guard. Before Ron Cain passed away, his mother and father, Walter and Christine Cain, as well as his brother, Wally Cain, and niece, Crissy Mergard, all passed away. His son, Matthew Cain, together with his siblings Robert (Joan) Cain and Vickie Houston, as well as a number of nieces and nephews, will carry on his legacy after his passing.
Diane Davis-Cain, his devoted wife of 21 years, is the only person he leaves behind. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on the Saturday, May 27, 2023, and continue until the time of the Memorial Service at 12:00 PM (Noon) at the Erlanger Church of Christ, which can be found at 458 Graves Avenue in Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. The service will take place at that location.
The Connley Brothers Funeral Home, which can be found in Covington (Latonia), Kentucky, is providing assistance to the family at this time. In lieu of sending flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to either the Erlanger Church of Christ or Shriner Children’s Ohio, both of which are located at 1 Children’s Plaza 2, West Dayton, Ohio 45404.
