Islwyn Morgan Obituary, Death Cause – After finding out this morning that one of our own, Islwyn Morgan, had died away early in the morning, members and friends of the Treorchy Male Choir are having a difficult time finding any kind of consolation in their loss. Islwyn Morgan participated in the musical group known as the choir. Islwyn joined the choir in 1947, and it didn’t take long for the other singers there to realize that he had a remarkable tenor voice throughout his time there.
Following the conclusion of each performance, he would sing each afterglow song with perfect pitch accuracy. After each performance, he would sing in this afterglow style. While he was hanging out with his friends from the TMC, he experienced the greatest level of contentment he had ever felt in his entire life.
The photographs that were shot not more than a few weeks before to the COVID epidemic show him enjoying a good time in Swansea, when his friends surprised him by paying him a visit there.
This continued to be the case even after he left the choir. During his almost seven decades of involvement with the group, during which he also served as Secretary from 1980 to 2001, he was a member of the organization for almost a full century. During this time, he also served as Secretary from 1980 to 2001. He was highly successful in organizing tours that took visitors all across the United States, Canada, and Australia. These trips included stops in a wide variety of cities. These journeys led people to different parts of the world.
The outbreak of COVID occurred not long after these photographs were taken. The pictures were taken no more than a few weeks before the epidemic broke out. Please accept our heartfelt condolences, which are extended to each and every member of his family. We ask that you do this as quickly as possible.
