Hannah Cohen Obituary, Death Cause – The end of an era is marked by the occurrence of this event. Because Hannah’s journey over the past 13 years has served as a source of motivation for many of you, I am aware that many of you will find it difficult to digest the information that I am about to share with you. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Hannah died away today in the St. Peter and St. James Hospice in Sussex, in one of the most beautiful locations imaginable; her passing was soft and serene.
I was fortunate enough to be a witness to her strength and determination to live, and the fact that she fought so valiantly to be able to do so will continue to serve as an inspiration to me for a very long time. We are at a loss for words to adequately convey how appreciative we are for all of the love and support that has been extended to us.

My plan is to have a conversation with each and every one of you very soon about the responsibility that comes with continuing her legacy. Hannah is without a doubt the most incredible person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. There’s no question about it. The past two and a half years have been nothing short of a whirlwind, and through it all, she has remained by my side the entire time. She fought valiantly right up until the very end and never once gave up the fight.
