Donna Carter Obituary, Death Cause – On February 2, 2023, Donna May (Morgan) Carter passed away at Willamette Falls Hospital in Oregon City, Oregon owing to multiple sclerosis-related difficulties that she had been experiencing for some time. It was the year 78. On October 28th, 1944, Donna was brought into the world by her parents, Genevieve Alice (Green) Morgan and Wilson Morgan. Before coming to Portland, Oregon, she was a resident of Long Creek, where she also received her formal education. After graduating from cosmetology school, she worked as a bookkeeper for several years until she was forced to retire owing to the consequences of multiple sclerosis. Donna was a wonderful person who cherished her roles as a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. Despite the fact that Donna had been ill for decades with a degenerative condition, she never lost her sunny disposition or her infectious smile.

She could make you laugh in an instant and had a wonderful sense of humor. Reading, trips to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends were among her most treasured activities. Her daughter and granddaughter are indebted to her for her ability in hair coloring, which they received from her and have inherited from her. Donna is survived by her daughter Mindy (Farmer) Proski and her husband Brian, her grandchildren Alexander and Genevieve Proski, her brother Terry McMillan, her stepmother Nancy Morgan, her brothers Danny Morgan and Danna (Morgan) Moodenbaugh, and her nephews Scott and Lex Shaw. Additionally, Donna is survived by her stepmother Nancy Morgan. Her parents, as well as her older sister Mary Alice (Morgan) Kingzette, have passed away already.

Donna is the only survivor of her immediate family. The family of Donna would like to express their deepest appreciation and affection to Marta Munteanu and Mihaela Torrez, who have been providing Donna with the highest-quality care that anyone could hope for. On August 6, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. through 3:30 p.m., there will be a Celebration of Life at the Wilsonville Old Church & Pub located at 30340 SW Boones Ferry Rd., Wilsonville, Oregon 97070. This website is compliant with ADA standards. The expenses for this meal were borne by Donna Carter’s family. Always Loved, Forever Missed, and Never Forgotten in our Hearts and Minds.
