The cause of death was a sad accident. His death was sudden and unexpected at the terribly young age of 18, and he left behind his family. On March 3, 2005, he came into this world in the city of Fort Wayne, which is located in the state of Indiana. At some point in the not too distant future, there will be a get-together held in memory of the person who has recently passed away in order to celebrate and pay tribute to their life.
