
Caleb Thomas Obituary, Death Cause – It was approximately 1947 hours on May 16, 2023 when patrol deputies and investigators were called to the area of Parkway Station Drive SE near Grand Central Way SE in Cartersville, Bartow County, Georgia, in regard to an assault that was taking place at the time. The incident was later determined to be a homicide. Bartow County, Georgia, served as the setting for the crime scene investigation. Caleb Demond Thomas, 19, from Marietta was identified as the victim, and first responders treated him at the scene of the incident before taking him to Piedmont Cartersville Hospital, where he later passed unexpectedly as a consequence of the injuries he received.
